Welcome to Dreams Luxury Hair Lounge. By booking an appointment, browsing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
- A valid credit card is required to secure bookings.
- Clients will receive confirmation and reminders via email and/or text.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect the time of our stylists and other clients:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
- Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
3. Service Satisfaction
We want you to love your hair. If you’re not satisfied:
- Please contact us within 7 days of your service.
- We will offer a correction appointment with the same stylist where possible.
- Refunds are not issued for completed services.
4. Pricing
- All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
- Additional fees may apply for extra product, time, or upgrades.
- Pricing will be confirmed before your service begins whenever possible.
5. Children & Guests
To maintain a calm, luxury atmosphere:
- Only clients receiving services are permitted in the styling area.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are welcome only during child-friendly appointment times.
6. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.
- If you are sick or contagious, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
7. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- Please keep valuables with you during your visit.
8. Website Use
By accessing our website, you agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or misuse any content, including our logo, images, or brand materials.
- Attempt to disrupt or hack our site.
9. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information.
10. Changes to Terms
Dreams Luxury Hair Lounge reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date.

Return and Refund Policy

At Dreams Luxury Hair Lounge, we take pride in both our services and products. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Services
We do not offer refunds for completed hair services. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not happy with your result:
- Please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment.
- We’ll offer a correction appointment with the same stylist where possible, at no additional charge.
- Correction appointments must be booked within 14 days of your original service.
Note: Adjustments are offered as a courtesy and do not apply if the client has changed their mind about the service requested.
2. Retail Products
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened retail products within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt.
To be eligible:
- Products must be in their original, sealed condition.
- Returns must be brought back in person or shipped at your own expense (for online orders).
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or opened products
- Brushes, combs, or hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- In-store product refunds will be processed on-site; online returns will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
4. Online Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery at [insert email]
- Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number
- We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund
